After thoroughly analyzing the city’s performance requirements for the new facility, the Schonsheck, Inc. design/build team was able to accurately conceptualize the complete project. The City of Wixom and Schonsheck agreed on a guaranteed project cost early in the process. This allowed more of the community’s budget to go into the building’s construction, rather than costly design and engineering.
