Schonsheck, Inc. performed design-build services for the New Corporate Headquarters and Sales Center for General RV Centers. Situated along I-96 at the former Ford Wixom Plant, this state of the art facility contains 24,000 S.F. of showroom, 52,500 S.F. of service area (40 bays), and 24,000 S.F. of corporate office. The site contains over 1,000,000 S.F. of pavement to accommodate parking and RV sales. The building features high-efficiency LED light fixtures, D.I.R.T.T. sustainable architectural interiors, and a diamond polished concrete sales floor.
