Schonsheck, Inc. performed design-build services for the R&D facility which included over 130,000 S.F. of R&D and manufacturing building along with 48,000 S.F. of office, conference, research, and gathering areas. We were able to utilize the 2-story office component to soften the presence of the manufacturing building along the Gratiot Avenue corridor. The linear and curved facades derived of glass, metal panel and brick, provide a modern architectural feel to this industrial facility.
