Schonsheck, Inc. was contracted to perform design-build services for the R&D and manufacturing facility for Webasto Product North America’s new Thermo Production Headquarters. The skills of our detail oriented design-build team were able to satisfy the strict design criteria of this German company. The facility was comprised of 70,000 SF of manufacturing and over 20,000 SF of office space.
