Schonsheck performed Design-Build services for the 8,000 S.F. private, non- denominational Christian school. About 64 students are currently enrolled at the school. Red Apple Preschool offers services for infants and toddlers ages three to five, while Chapman Academy — a private, non-denominational Christian school — hosts kindergarten through eighth grade. The building also features a lobby area with a coffee shop open to the public. This location also provides the students with a large play area including soccer fields and baseball diamonds to go along with the playground structure.
