Project was designed and built by Schonsheck, Inc. The project includes over 60,000 S.F. of R&D and manufacturing space, along with 16,000 S.F. of office space. The two story office component masks the presence of the manufacturing space to the rear. The masonry facade steps down from the office space to an 8’ wainscot around the manufacturing floor to gently transition to the more economical and energy efficient insulated metal foam panels used to clad the manufacturing space.
