Design-Bid-Build

Traditional Design-Bid-Build delivery methods include General Contracting and Construction Management.  If your project requires a traditional method of construction, Schonsheck will work with you and your Architect to oversee the competitive bid process and manage construction to ensure superior quality and attention to detail.

See for yourself.  The Construction Industry Institute, Design Build Institute of America, in conjunction with Pennsylvania State University, performed a National Project Delivery System Study.  The study evaluated three construction delivery methods DB (Design/Build), CM (Construction Management), and DBB (Design-Bid-Build) – comparing cost, schedule and quality on 351 projects.
