industry.

V. Commendations

Our quality assurance achievements are best noted by our clients:

"I am pleased to share that working with Schonsheck, Inc. has been an excellent experience from their open communication and availability during the design and permit process, their flexibility and willingness to pursue alternative modifications as they develop throughout the process, their accurate and timely invoicing process with complete backup detail, and the best news of all - they routinely complete a project at the agreed upon design/build cost (with agreed upon change orders) and are able to return a portion of the contingency line item to the organization. Last but not least - Schonsheck, Inc. is willing to “marry their buildings” and stand behind their work in succeeding years”

John A. Herzog, Ph.D., Superintendent Lutheran High School Association of Greater Detroit

“Many of my counterparts nationwide warned me of the perils I was about to undertake. I was told that the dragons were change orders, cost over runs, and schedule delays. Your team of professionals were great dragon slayers. You came in on budget and on time.”

Allen Huard, Vice President Cummins Bridgeway, Inc.

“The after-sale support and responsibility that you and Schonsheck have provided is a credit to your organization. It certainly motivates me to recommend Schonsheck to others considering a building construction project. In the event that we have further building needs at SKF, you folks will be the first ones we’ll call!”

Steven F. Brown, Director SKF North American Technical Center
